Heritage & Classic offers a safe, secure and personal service for the transportation of classic, specialist and high value vehicles. Our covered transporter trailer used for all commissions has three axles and a tilting body ensuring your vehicle will have a safe journey from collection to delivery. With an extra wide body and large side opening doors, the trailer will accommodate most types of vehicles.
Heritage and Classic is owned and operated by Martin Swatton who has been involved with classic cars for many years and has covered over 250,000 miles in his own classic .

A. Yes, your vehicle is fully protected. Heritage & Classic carries specialised Goods in Transit insurance covering up to £3,000,000 per vehicle. Whether we are moving a vintage Bristol, a rare Ferrari, or a multi-million-pound performance car, you have total peace of mind knowing your asset is comprehensively covered from the moment it is loaded onto our trailer until the final handover.

A. Enclosed transport offers two main benefits: total protection from UK weather and road debris, and complete discretion. Our unbranded, fully covered trailer ensures your vehicle remains clean, dry, and hidden from public view during transit.

Q. How do you safely load low-clearance supercars like McLarens or Lamborghinis?
A. We use a specialised 3-axle tilting-body trailer with the addition of assist ramps designed specifically for ultra-low vehicles. This allows for a shallow approach angle, ensuring that even the lowest front splitters and carbon fibre under-trays are loaded with a gentle touch and zero risk of scraping.

A. Based in West Sussex, we provide professional vehicle logistics across the UK however, we will be most competitive for routes originating or ending in West Sussex. We regularly handle deliveries for collectors, auction houses, and private owners who require a reliable, owner-operated service.
